Delivery Information

Orders are packed in the UK and dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays). Typical handling time is 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking where available.

We ship to selected countries by tracked services. Local VAT/duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Addresses & Changes

• We ship to the delivery address entered at checkout.
• We can amend an address before dispatch; once an order is handed to the carrier or in transit, we cannot change the address.
• Missed delivery or refusal may result in a return-to-sender fee from the carrier.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and label so we can put it right quickly.
