1. About Us

MallowSource supplies premium Marshmallow Leaf (Althaea officinalis). We pack in the UK with batch coding and best-before dates. Contact: support@mallowsource.com.

2. Products & Use

We sell a food/herbal ingredient. Information provided is traditional-use only and not medical advice. No medicinal claims are made. Always consult a qualified professional if unsure.

3. Orders & Pricing

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we dispatch and email confirmation.
• Prices are in GBP and may change without notice. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected.
• VAT (if applicable) is shown at checkout.

4. Shipping & Address Policy

• Dispatch is typically within 1–2 working days.
• We ship to the address entered at checkout. We can amend the address before dispatch; once in transit, addresses cannot be changed.
• Risk passes on delivery to the address supplied.

5. Cancellations & Returns

• Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Please contact us first for instructions.
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty/incorrect.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once goods are received and inspected.
• Your statutory rights (including under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) are not affected.

6. Quality Issues

If something isn’t right, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding and images are owned by MallowSource or its licensors. No unauthorised use.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Venue: the English courts.
